A hosted solution, Premium Attendant is entirely configurable using CommPortal Web. By providing an interface with which your customers are already familiar, Premium Attendant ensures straightforward configurability, without requiring your assistance.

Premium Attendant also allows multiple administrators within an organization to each configure their respective menus, schedules, recordings and call trees, anticipating the varying requirements of multiple locations and divisions within larger businesses.
