Remuneration

Salary for experienced employees is assessed according to individual circumstances – and is always very competitive. We also offer a range of benefits, which are a combination of what you would expect from a modern, well-managed organisation – along with one or two specials of our own.

Profit Share and Share Scheme

The company is privately owned partly by top-tier investment firms Francisco Partners and Sequoia Capital, and partly by the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), which distributes a share of profit to all employees each year, equitably rewarding them for their contribution and encouraging long-term commitment. In addition, the company operates an employee share scheme which further provides ownership incentives to our people.

Along with an excellent non-contributory pension, you'll enjoy life assurance, permanent health insurance and private medical insurance. You'll enjoy four weeks' paid holiday rising to five weeks after your first year.

Company Outings and Team Events

We have regular company outings. In Autumn 2006 we went to Rome for our 25th birthday, in March 2008 we went skiing in Courchevel, France and this June we are going to Portugal. In addition, each team is allocated their own morale budget for a weekend away, a trip to the theatre or just a drink at the pub!

Sports Activities

We have corporate membership of the local tennis, golf and health clubs.

  • We provide excellent retirement benefits (a sum equal to 10% of salary contributed by the company into your 401k), short and long-term disability insurance, private medical and dental schemes.
  • Employees receive three weeks' paid holiday in the first 12 months, rising to four weeks' paid holiday (pro-rata) for the second and subsequent years, as well as public holidays.
  • There are also regular company outings to relax (in 2008 we went skiing in Courchevel, France and this summer we are going to Portugal), in addition to local events such as going to a nice restaurant, a baseball game, or even a weekend away
