When we talk about Reliability, we mean more than just quality engineering – although that is of course important. We mean products, solutions, people and a company that you can rely on.

Reliability means products that do what they say on the box. It means going home at the end of the day, secure in the knowledge that your Metaswitch-supplied software, or equipment, is going to keep running.

Reliability means we do what we say we will – and the converse, we're honest when we can't do something.

Most importantly, Reliability is about building relationships of trust between Metaswitch and our customers, in many cases relationships that have been built over decades. And we never forget that those relationships are the cornerstone of our past and future success.
