PU Concentration

PU Concentration allows legacy PU 2 or PU 2.1 Nodes to use SNAP-IX to route SNA traffic between legacy downstream links, such as SDLC and LLC2, and host connections using more modern technologies, such as Enterprise Extender. This feature can also be used to consolidate the host links for legacy LU2 devices.

PU Concentration

A group of downstream PU2 systems are attached to a SNAP-IX node over SDLC, and are using PU Concentration on this node to communicate with a host computer.
