Eos Award for Strategic Support and Solutions at SUPERCOMM 2009Metaswitch won the Eos Award for Strategic Support and Solutions at SUPERCOMM 2009. Metaswitch was recognized for its partnership with Bresnan Communications, a broadband telecommunications company, to develop a hosted unified communications solution for Billings Public Schools. The SUPERCOMM Eos Awards honor companies that transform the communications industry through their products, services and network designs.

Our in-house IT Support team won Computer Weekly's Best Places to Work in IT award, 2009 (IT software and Hardware suppliers).
This is the fourth time we have won this award. -
Out of almost 1000 companies that applied for selection, we were placed 9th in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for 2009. We were the top company from the Communications/Telecom sector. We came 2nd for 'lending a helping hand' and for having the 'most supportive managers'. We also came 3rd for offering a 'good work/life balance'.

We were awarded Three Stars in the Best Companies Accreditation 2009, an accolade we also achieved in 2007 and 2008. In a 'Michelin style' rating system, we were awarded the highest number of stars for our 'extraordinary' level of employee engagement. Out of 795 companies who entered, only 55 achieved Three Star status.
