The Carrier Systems Division's Metaswitch Partner Program is designed to facilitate interoperability between Metaswitch’s award-winning products and solutions, and partner hardware, software and services.
Unlike many similar programs, our Partner Program is engineering-led, not marketing-driven. We insist on rigorous and formalized test plan adherence with detailed result reporting, so that customers seeking to deploy Metaswitch alongside partner products or services can move forward with their deployments, confident that any potential technical or interoperability challenges have already been solved.
All interoperable solutions listed on the Metaswitch website have satisfied one of two levels of qualification.
- Partner Certified - at this level, testing has been completed by a combination of Metaswitch and our partners, ensuring that the joint solution has been fully verified for interoperability.
- Metaswitch Accredited - this level signifies the highest level of testing by Metaswitch’s in-house team, and reflects a greater commitment by the partner to ongoing interoperability and joint support.
In addition, some partners do not have software or hardware solutions but provide services or consultancy (for example, installation services). In such cases, Metaswitch fully qualifies the partners’ capabilities and will have experience of working with the partner in at least one joint customer engagement.
All Partner Certified and Metaswitch Accredited solutions are listed in a detailed database, along with test records and configuration settings. This detailed information is available to registered customers on the Metaswitch Customer Portal.
