CommPortal

How a consumer interacts with a network operator’s service offering is the ultimate key to its success.  CommPortal is a cross-platform user interface that brings the power of Metaswitch residential and enterprise offerings to a PC screen, web pages, TVs and mobile handsets.  CommPortal provides a unified messaging interface with centralized contacts and granular control rulesets that enable individuals or business groups to determine when and where they receive calls.  CommPortal Communicator extends Metaswitch voice and video calling down to the desktop or cell phone.  A complete unified communications client, it includes a feature-rich softphone with instant messaging and presence.  For the enterprise and the home, CommPortal Communicator can integrate with Outlook or Facebook.  It’s the only IM client your customers will need.   

Colibria

The Colibria product suite enables mobile service providers to deploy a 100% standards-compliant RCS or RCS-e infrastructure.  With a portfolio of solutions that includes presence and availability management, an instant messaging server and an intelligent network address book, network operators can deploy mobile handset and desktop applications from any third-party software vendor that conforms to the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Rich Communications Suite.  RCS enables revenue-generating services that extend a carrier’s brand beyond the signal strength icon into contact and communication apps that a new generation of consumers use to constantly keep in touch.  As a global implementation standard, these solutions are carrier-independent, affording a genuine alternative to over the top (OTT) providers.
