Training Services

To help our customers integrate and test our network software protocols and products, we provide a complete range of training courses. The courses are typically tailored to a specific customer's requirements, and are designed to cover

• the N-BASE architecture
• distribution, scalability and resilience
• key product features
• integration with operating system and platform components
• diagnostics and test tools
• customer-specific feature enhancements.

All of our training services staff are highly trained, extremely qualified personnel who are familiar with the specific range of network software products for which they are providing associated training services. They are drawn from the development teams that created our network software products, and have many years of software engineering experience with Metaswitch.

We can provide training services either on-site at a customer's premises, via web-conferencing, or at Metaswitch premises.
