Cordell Announces Updates to its NOC and Traffic Platforms and adds the new Centurion III RTU to its certified Metaswitch Network Products
Metaswitch Forum 2011, Las Vegas, NV, October 3, 2011 - Cordell teams up with Metaswitch Networks, a leading provider of carrier systems and software solutions, to offer enhancements to its NMS (C5), e Traffic software applications and to announce its new Centurion III RTU.
Cordell’s NMS (CiNAS Network Alarm Management Center) and eTraffic Solutions will have new features added to their software applications. New features focus on ease of operation, customer analysis and productivity. The software suite will be offered in a software only form for use with VMWare and customer blade configurations. These systems remain certified as interoperable with the Metaswitch solution. All Cordell solutions are installed at the Metaswitch center in California.
Centurion III NEBs Certified RTU – Cordell announces its latest in the RTU line of products. Taking advantage of new technology, Cordell replaced Centurion II with the Centurion III adding more functionality. Features include: NEBs Certification, Inputs – 64 to 512 points, SNMP or TL1 reporting, Serial Ports, Centurion Manager for programming and multiple probes for environmental monitoring. The Centurion III is available for November delivery.
