  • Minimize network change and accelerate new features to market

What is it?

Metaswitch Mobile Control Point or (MCP) is an application based on Rhino, a carrier-grade application server utilized by mobile operators worldwide to deliver telecom services to their end users. MCP connects to the operator’s IMS core and determines whether calls should be sent to the mobile operator’s network and directly to the users native dialer or routed to Microsoft Teams for applying originating and terminating services for calls made from and to Teams users.

How do we help?

Designed for mobile operators offering Microsoft’s Operator Connect Mobile, MCP produces an enhanced user experience by integrating Microsoft Teams into the mobile operators call flow. MCP enables easy integration with Operator Connect Mobile and ensures Microsoft Teams features are available to the operator and their end users as soon as they are available, without the operator needing to undertake custom development work in their network.
