AdvaTel's PhoneEasy IP Console and PhoneEasy Desktop is Now MetaSwitch Partner Certified

New Products Will Be Demonstrated at the MetaSwitch Forum 2009

 

MetaSwitch Forum 2009, Las Vegas, NV: April 8, 2009. AdvaTel, a leading applications software designer and developer for the global telecommunications industry, today announced that its PhoneEasy IP Console and PhoneEasy Desktop telephony management software has successfully completed compatibility testing and is now MetaSwitch Partner Certified. Both the PhoneEasy IP Console and PhoneEasy Desktop will be showcased at Advatel's booth at the MetaSwitch Forum 2009 Expo in Las Vegas on April 8, 2009.

AdvaTel's PhoneEasy IP Console and PhoneEasy Desktop complement the MetaSwitch business solution through the provision of key Unified Communications capabilities to the desktop. The PhoneEasy products integrate telephony, e-mail, SMS Text and Calendar Mining into one single application.

PhoneEasy IP Console (Version 1.3.4) and PhoneEasy Desktop (Version 2.0.2) were tested in Advatel's lab facility and are compatible with MetaSwitch Release 6.1.

AdvaTel's PhoneEasy group of products enables users to manage incoming and outgoing calls with just the click of a mouse, providing detail about who is calling or the person you are calling. PhoneEasy products display Presence status for extensions in your office, Calendar mining from Microsoft Exchange Server, and the ability to dial Microsoft Outlook and Lotus contacts. PhoneEasy eliminates time wasted trying to call people who are in meetings or out of the office. PhoneEasy also sets up conferences, provides call back reminders and logs all call details. Other key features available using the PhoneEasy IP Console and Desktop products are dialing from web pages or MS Office documents, as well as sending a SMS Text to Cell Phones (messages can be received back either on the user's Cell Phone or into their email inbox).
