Telax Announces Metaswitch Focused Product Enhancements

  • Call Recording only service option for Metaswitch subscribers
  • Executive Dashboard for Telax Contact Center
  • White Labeling for the Telax Contact Center Portal

The Call Recording feature set (which is a subset of the Telax Contact Center Solution feature set) provides affordable call recording and retrieval for Metaswitch service provider's customers. The Call Recording feature is primarily needed for regulatory purposes, but is also extremely valuable for marketing, sales, and customer support analysis and training purposes.

The new Executive Dashboard allows management to quickly make sense of the mountain of data streaming out of a service desk or customer care department.  With clear, graphical views, it’s easy to extract actionable information at a glance.  Enabling quick response to real time scenarios and better overall decision making, Metaswitch customers will be driving even greater value to their end-users on the Telax Hosted Call Center platform.

White Labeling allows the Metaswitch service provider to re-brand the Telax solution with their own name and logo, providing a complete end-to-end SMB solution to their subscriber base under one company umbrella.

These new features are a result of Telax’s customer feedback and recommendations and will further enhance the service offerings in the Metaswitch ecosystem.
