MetaSwitch operates an active partnership program, to ensure that our products can be
deployed as part of a complete end-to-end, multi-vendor solution.
Unlike many similar programs, the MetaSwitch Interoperability Partner Program is
engineering-led, not marketing-driven. This means that candidate partners must meet all the following
conditions before they can join the program.
- The product(s) pass a rigorous test plan to confirm interoperability.
- The vendor demonstrates continuing support for ongoing interoperability based on
open standards.
- They also commit to working co-operatively to resolve any interoperability issues
that our customers may encounter.
This initiative is aided by our extensive facilities
in the US and Europe, and complements our industry
leadership in industry groups such as DSL Forum, IETF, SIP Forum,
and MultiService Forum.
For service providers who choose to work with MetaSwitch and our partners, the net
result is that they can rest assured that
- a solution based on our products will work together seamlessly, with a minimum of
installation issues
- they will receive the highest level of support and commitment from all the vendors
concerned.
