Accession Communicator delivers a suite of functions that enable enterprise customers to extend a network operator’s critical business telephony services simultaneously to multiple endpoints including a user’s laptop, desktop, portable device or mobile handset. Accession Communicator enables these endpoints to present the same calling features, dial plans and outgoing caller ID of a user’s office phone, so it is ideal for both temporary and permanent remote workers, including those who are increasingly bringing their own devices into the workplace.

Whether moving around the office, working from home or on the road using Wi-Fi, 3G/4G or wired connections employees will always have access to the same telephony offerings, unified messaging and contacts database that they previously received only on their desktop and desk phone extension. Along with video calling, Accession Communicator enhances the user experience by providing instant messaging and presence integration with a centralized corporate contacts repository. Accession Communicator also enables visual voicemail plus granular pre-call and in-call management. Tightly integrated into the same user interface, the addition of Accession Meeting can enable network operators to extend cloud-based web and video collaboration services without additional infrastructure expenses.
